If you only browse, we see ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser, and the page you asked for.

If you sign in to submit a fact, we store the email you use to authenticate.

A submission also stores the source URL and the text you send.

Chat with Coda is processed to answer you and to rate-limit abuse.

We do not build a marketing profile from those messages.

We do not ask for a VIN unless you later choose a Garage feature.

We do not run advertising pixels.

We do not sell analytics to third parties.

Hosted infrastructure may process requests so the site can run.

Editors can see submissions they must review.

We keep that access narrow.

Published catalog facts stay public because they are the product.

Account and submission records stay until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to run the catalog.

You can ask us to delete a submission account email by writing from that address.

You can stop using chat at any time.
