About AfterSticker
New cars increasingly rent back features that used to be part of the purchase: maps, remotes, cabin Wi-Fi, even hands-free driving hardware already bolted into the roof.
AfterSticker exists so a shopper can see that second price — the subscription tax — before they sign. We start with vehicles because the dollar amounts are large and the disclosures are scattered across OEM support pages. The data model is built so printers, appliances, and other paywalled hardware can follow. The canonical home will be aftersticker.com.

We are not affiliated with any automaker. The first version does not include affiliate checkout. Listings are curated, then opened to sourced community corrections. Uncited anecdotes do not go on a vehicle page.
